Q) Is this service only for registered charities.

A) No. Any voluntary, community and not-for-profit organisation can apply.

Q) Are there any hidden costs.

A) No, though there may be charges for a personalised domain name and email address which are outside our control.

Q) Our group meets at evenings / weekends. Can we contact you then.

A) Yes. When available we will answer your call.

Q) Can you help us to get trained volunteers.

A) We can point you in the right direction. Some suggestions have been made on the IT Links page which should help.

Q) Can we get help with non-ict resources / office equipment.

A) As above, we can point you in the right direction. Some suggestions have been made on the local organisations page

Q) Can you explain how ICT can reduce our admin costs.

A) Yes. For instance, a newsletter that is printed out and posted requires paper, ink, an envelope and postage. An on-line newsletter needs none of these.

Q) Can you install our software for us.

A) This service may be available in the near future for local organisations.
